Does anyone remember Mariska Hargitay in Seinfeld?  She applied for the role of Elaine in the Jerry Pilot.  She had long hair and looked smoking hot. When Law & Order SVU (I always want to say SUV) came on years later she still looked good, but I do miss the long hair.  If she grows that hair back out I may find myself down on one knee.

This time my possible future wife is Courtney Cox. The interesting thing is that I find her more attractive as she gets older. I thought she was okay looking in Friends, but I think she is way hotter now in her own show Cougar Town.

This entry of In My Dreams is dedicated to Courtney Throne Smith. In the years pass I've seen her around in shows that I didn't watch, but she always caught my eye. Anyway this season she has been on Two and a Half Men. I have to admit it's like she hasn't changed from when I saw her 10-15 years ago.

This time around I drop down out of my usual gaggle of 40's beauties. However Tricia Helfer is too attractive to pass up. For the non geeks out there, she played Caprica 6 on the new Battlestar Galactica. While on the show she was a platinum blond which I wasn't to crazy about. I like her better as a brunette.

This week's segment of In Your Dreams is dedicated to the spanking queen herself - Liz Hurley. While I rarely see her in a movie that I watch when I do see her I'm always like wow. Liz is also a great representation of these actresses who have aged wonderfully. I don't see the Britney's and Lindsey's doing so well 5 years from now. Forget about 20.

This week's in my dream is a woman I was just reading about. It classified her as having classic cleavage. I'm not a breast man, but I can appreciate Salma's. Seen some of her movies over the years. Can't say I was too impressed with them. However she always looks attractive and classy so she's on the list.

I have to admit knowing who actresses and models are is not high on my list. So when I started this feature I admit that I had to google actresses who were over 40. Nothing against you younguns, but I'm more attracted to women near my age. So when I got the list I would say 60% of the names were meaningless to me. So as any guy in this age would do I Googled them. So this week is Kelly Hu. I have to admit I have a thing for Asians and Hispanics. It's the black hair and tanned skin. When I saw her pics I was thinking there was a mistake about the age, but nope. I've never seen her in a show, but I may have to now.

I see I'm especially failing with this new entry of being regular with it. What can I say I just go with the flow of writing and I'll blame the rest on life. Yeah life that it'll work. Anyway this time around is a long time crush. Now I have to admit it's never been super heavy, but it has spanned decades and every time I see her I say she's attractive. It's Heather Locklear who I first saw on the Fall Guy and then on TJ Hooker. Both true classics of the small screen. I was never a Melrose Place fan and I can pass a lie detector test to prove it.

I'm slipping already with getting a weekly thing going. Oh well. This week's future wife is Monica Bellucci of Matrix fame plus a smattering of other movies. Those full lips and long black hair talk right to my Italian heritage.

This week in my series of dream wives I'm fantasizing about Diane Lane. An attractive, sexy lady who always seems down to earth. Plus I'm obsessed with her after seeing her in Unfaithful. While not the greatest movie since sliced bread. Her sex scenes in their are very steamy. If you haven't seen the movie, it's worth the price of admission.

In many of the blogs I read, I see women posting about all their crushes. I give That One Mom the credit with her Future Ex Husbands weekly entries for inspiring me to want to balance the powers that be with this. Each week a different woman will grace these pages who in my dreams will be my next wife.

Well with the release of the new Sex and the City movie I'll start with Kristin Davis. I never liked her prissy, conservative views on life and sex in the show, but I was sitting their drooling like an idiot anyway so it didn't matter. Plus she has long, dark hair which I love. The funny thing is that most women I date don't have dark hair. I guess only in my dreams.

Well now with a dream in mind I have a better chance or reaching it, right? Hey it works for me.
