As most of you know already that part if running a medical practice is keeping track of your money. In this day and age of insurance companies going bankrupt this can be a problem. As usual the maze of phone prompts can drive you insane as they make you run like a rat after a hunk of cheese. You can smell it, but you'll never see it. I tell you that you have a better chance getting in a virgin's panties than of you ever getting to a human being or even your money. One of the companies, I have never talked to a living human being. It's all computerized and they fax you the information. There is never a prompt to talk to a human being. I'm not quite sure this is legal.
The best one today was a message telling me they weren't operating right now, but please call back after 1:05. Time 1:04. Unbelievable.
